新加坡小学入学不完全手册

今年读K2的妈妈肯定开始操心小孩明年上小学的事情, 在这方面我也查找了许多资料，特别是MOE(新加坡教育部)中有关小学的资料，先摘录一些我认为最重要的信息供大家参考，主要针对小学适龄儿童非公民非PR，未包含需要考AEIS的儿童, 内容未必完全

关于小学

2014年新加坡共有190家政府小学，政府小学分一般小学和邻里小学，还有私立小学。

邻里小学就是建在住宅区的社区小学，但我一直不知如何分辨，希望懂的人来补充。私立学校目前只知道San Yu 中小学

关于学费

中小学学费由教育部统一制定，学校无权更改，这几年增长趋势很快，公民和PR几乎免费，非公一月加杂费约550元，一年约6600元

这里你可以按照区域，名字等各种组合条件拿到小学列表,一般我比较喜欢用 Search Schools by Criteria. 你要列全部小学怎么办，不用急，看到全选了吗，一勾，所有190家小学全部列出,点击任何一个学校，联系方式，校训，特色，得奖情况一目了然

这个可以图像化显示一个楼房周位小学分布情况或一个小学周围住宅楼分布情况，红色表示1公里内，蓝色表示1-2公里

小学排名：

从2013年开始政府禁止官方小学排名，但仍然有许多传统排名，一些名校总是在20位内，网上抄到的排名供参考，不知为什么，127名以后的没有

关于报名：

许多中介网站或Blog都有介绍，从7月初开始公民/PR报名一直到8月底非公民PR。下面以2013年(报2014年小学)的计划看具体过程(2014年计划还未出，估计在4月后才公布具体日期)

报名分3个阶段，Phase A(仅公民和PR) Phase B(仅公民和PR),Phase C(非公民和PR-下面简称非公)，具体条件参照下表

由报名过程可以看出非公只有一天报名而且只能报一家学校，在开始我很担心过了这一天就没机会报其他学校了而错过上小学，其实不然，如果非公要指定小学的话，那么真有可能错过，但如果不挑小学，那么可以试其他学校，我看到非常关键的一段话：

Places will be ballotedaccording to the following order of priority:

a.Children who areSingapore Citizens

b.Children who areSingapore Permanent Residents

c.Children who arenot Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents

Within each of theabove categories, balloting will be conducted if applications exceed the numberof vacancies. For categories (a) and (b), balloting will be conducted accordingto the order of priority based on the home-school distance category for Phases2A to 2C Supplementary. For category (c), if the number of applications exceedsthe number of places, priority will first be accorded to a child with a siblingalready in the primary school, followed by a child with at least one parent whois a Singapore Citizen. Thereafter, balloting will be conducted regardless ofhome-school distance.

Balloting will beconducted one day after Phase 3 registration. The parents of children who havenot been able to obtain a place at their school of choice after the ballotingcan approach another school with remaining vacancies to register. Registrationwill be done on a first-come-first-served basis.

不具体翻译了, 在Phase 3抽签结束，如果仍有小孩未能获得学位，那么可以寻找另外有学位的学校去注册，先到先得。

其实我这也是理论性的，为了2015年上小学，现在就要准备了。还在纠结是否要找中介弄呢

你都了解这么熟还要纠结中介吗 小一好像还是看家长身份 像我们这些外国人没有EP准证帮小孩申请DP 现在要读只有普通学校抽签一条路 国际小学基本应该不会要考虑了 不过抽中后爸爸不能长期逗留也比较麻烦 二年多次往返旅游签证 好像每次也只能一开始一个月加申请延期一个月 总共两月 之后要待起码一二个月 才可以再过来 不然就算有签证 海关也可不让你入境 小孩子应该父母一起生活比较好  郁闷

我这些熟悉都是理论上的，只是读了MOE的介绍和网上其他内容整理出来的，现在入学政策改变也很快，不知对于2015年入学的学生今年招生会怎么样。考虑中介主要是看费效比，把风险降低到0.
至于爸爸的问题，陪读政策只对妈妈，非EP的基本不用考虑留新加坡了，如果WP之类，小孩的准证又可能被拒。如果真有2个月时间留新，那谁来赚钱供母子生活？
我们都针对一般的工薪阶层，不包括官子和富子，也不包括借债或完全靠在新打工才能供养的。

如果现在人还在国内，打算以DP的身份报读15年的小一的话，要怎么做呢？ 孩子要提前抵达新加坡等报名吗？可否大人代办的？

是需要提前了解学校学位情况，提前提出申请，等8月抽签吗？还是当天再报名抽签呀？

楼主如果是外国人的话, 虽然了解的差不多, 真到报名, 您也不能保证一定报的上吧, 2007年出生的, 上500的外国学生是报不上的.  找个中介咨询下吧, 比较下差别
