Is it the right time to buy HDB now ?

Any suggestion?

How is the COV trend ?

Had view a few flats at north area, some of the 4 room flats are really old , low level and far from MRT. But agent told me that the owner still asking for > 10000 COV. Is this the market price now ?

HDB price turned to drop down from Q1'09. Should be dropping to 5-10% by end of yr. However it depending on where and what unit you buying lah.
