4月申请公民的有知道结果的吗？

i received a call from them yesterday, asking me to attend the NE talk in 2 week. haha.. i applied in late May, so its abt 3 mth of waiting. not so bad.. btw, how long does it take before i can get the sin passport?? can it be done by the end of Nov??
