在澳洲居住的中国人如何申请新加坡的PR?

我们技术移民澳洲,在澳洲生活了2年半,电力工程师,现在失业在家.

如何能申请到新加坡的PR?

据说申请新加坡的PR首先要得到新加坡的工作许可,才有资格递交移民申请,是这样的吗?

另外大家通常通过什么网找工?

如果具有中国国内的博士学位,是否有其它途径移民新加坡?

目前知道有一种叫LANDED PERMANENT RESIDENCE,官方网站说要找一个新加坡的中介办理,我们打算DIY,但新加坡移民局是否接受私人的申请?

其它的好像是要先有工作,然后申请SP,再申请PR.
