你不是提个意见吧？看到你是连续提意见，意见多多。别的不说，就连续这两个吧。前一个主题：本版房屋装修帖多过了股票帖，你意见吧？接着又要版主【每周搞一个话题】，这是事实吧？

    年轻人和气点嘛。
   论坛就是用来讨论的，怎么感觉你是要来和我吵架的。
  为什么大部分版友都能和心平气地和我讨论就你总要给我挑刺呢......
   有意见难道不该提出来？看来你对民主没什么见解。
   我前一个话题是用来讨论的，而这一个话题是建议。
   连意见和建议都不敢提的人，能力很差。
   再说吧，我发的那两个帖子哪一个不是为论坛好了？
   发意见和建议就是在捣蛋？

我觉得楼上的意见很好啊. 有助于活跃气氛, 提高发贴质量,吸引人气. 就好象电视做节目一样, 每一期有个热点话题,大家一起讨论. 版主和一些资深坛友(如金星)可担此重任.

  有些人就觉得我是在表现自己，爱出众
然后觉得我这两天怎么发的都是意见和建议的贴子。
说实话吧，我是自私的，我其实是为了自己，论坛发贴量已经没有以前那么活跃了，我怕有识之人都跑光了，没人发话题了，那我就学不到东西了。

There are some more professional websites for you to learn and discuss how to make money. Why do you stick to be here and hope here to fulfill your goals? ( sorry I can't type in Chinese).

    Because my friends are here,and i have knew this forum for over 5 yrs already...in fact, i also visit huasing forum and other some more, but in my mind that forum is doesn't better than this...and most chinese likely to be here, we are some nationality group, racial group....so i like to be here...

Ok, sounds very reasonable. Then you have to realize that we Chinese really love owning some land or some properties, no matter where we are. We are so proud of and enjoy being landlords, so it's the reason why here we talk more about the property market or buying some flats or apartments. Then following the topics of decoration or renovation, it's so natural and unquestionable.

On the other hand, as the stock market is so bad now, how many people can make or have made money from it? I would say 80% of people here lose money at stock market.

And who else plays currencies, futures or gold here?

By the end of day, it's still the propety which attracts us to come here as a central & permanent topic.
