Tele Surveyor / Fieldwork Executive

Job Description
•        Conduct fieldwork for effective data collection from face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, survey placements, focus groups, and online surveys
•        Data entry
•        Other ad hoc duties assign e.g. desk research, market research
工作描述
•        通过面对面访问或电话访问等方式获取信息，完成问卷内容
•        数据录入
•        其他工作任务如网络信息搜集市场调查等
Requirements
•        Good communication skills
•        Proficiency in Word and Excel
•        Able to communicate with clients in  Mandarin.
•        Comfortable with communicating on the phone
•        Experience in Customer Service Added Advantage
•        Able to commence immediately
•        Must be on legal long term pass(except for social visit pass), students on vacation/part time studies are encourage to apply
要求
•        良好的沟通技巧
•        熟练使用Word和Excel等办公软件
•        可以使用相关语言与客户交流,如:中文
•        愿意通过电话方式与人交流
•        有客服工作经验者更佳
•        能立刻参加工作
•        需持有新加坡长期合法准证(旅游签证除外)，在读学生亦可申请
