新加坡实习问题？

大家好， 2010年年底就毕业了， 想在新加坡找实习的工作，可是不知怎样才能得到offer, 希望大家提供点信息:

本人目前在马来西亚泰莱大学读酒店管理硕士（法国图卢兹大学硕士学位），2010年12月月底完成学业。 学校要求5个月的实习从明年一月开始。本人感兴趣的部门是人力资源（其中一个原因是论文话题是关于人力资源）。 想在新加坡找实习工作，同时可希望真正可以学到点东西。但是不知道怎样才能被录取。在网上也查了， 大部分只要新加坡公民或是外国人持有永久居民权的。另外希望大家推荐下一些人才市场的网站,工作信息，visa，薪水之内的。

Hi，guys. I am a chinese student studying Master in International Hospitality Management from Taylor's University College in Malaysia. The master degree is from Universite de Toulouse 2 Le Mirail(France). I will accomplish all my study at the end of 2010. It is compulsory to have 20-week internship from next january on. However, i am interested in working in human resources department. Since i worked in five-star resort in malaysia, i dont like the work environment of hospitality(hotels, restaurants and so on). I prefer to to IT, consulting or other industries, but only work in HR. Even though if it is difficult to find a internship in other industries, i dont mind working in hospitality industry.

When i checked information online, singapore companies need internship. But their one requirement is that the candidate must be singaporean or foreigners who hold PR. I feel upsent, i hope someone would like to provide me some invaluable information about the internship in singapore, such as the easy ways to get offer,;which companies provide internships to foreigners; useful job market websites; salary standard and  Visa and so on.

I will appreciate if someone would like to help and share their information with me. :)
