[职场] 紧急求助如何面试

紧急求助如何面试

论坛的大哥大姐们, 我想请教下 关于如何进行面试的问题, 我这个星期2 有一个面试, 是一个网络面试, 因为我人不在新加坡
这个公司叫stellent services corp. 我面试的职位是Customer Service Officer (E-Commerce)
Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Officer (E-Commerce) is responsible for performing operational activities of the unit to ensure that services are delivered reliably, professionally, and that services meet the quality expectations of our customers in accordance with performance goals and in support of the department's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:  


-Ensures that customers' request are completed timely and accurately by Service Providers around the world, via specialized software or vendor websites.
-Provide immediate attention to customers' problems and follow-up with appropriate resolution.
-Ensuring that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures.
-Providing bi-weekly Reports to Accounts using data from daily transactions.
我周二要面试了, 可是我不知道应该怎么准备, 论坛的大哥大姐们  我想问下他们会问些什么问题呢   我应该怎么回答呢?

Requirements:  

- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City,Philippines.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. - Experience in bookkeeping/accounting/ banking. Prior online banking with settlement or operations experience in bank will be advantageous.- Training will be provided
- Full-Time positions available.
