                                                           新加坡销售服务业面试注意事项(供参考)


1、进入面试主要打招呼,注意听雇主的提问,然后自我介绍(英语)

Would you pleaseintroduce yourself?自我介绍
(范例)本人叫***, ***年**月出生, **学校毕业,来自**省**市,现在XX公司工作,主要从事XX等工作,担任XX(如销售员/收银员等等)职位,本人非常荣幸(高兴)地参加此次面试,谢谢贵公司给我提供此次机会,谢谢…..

Hi/Hello, Sir/Madam, My name is ***, born in **, ** year. I graduated from **  school, I come from **city, ** province. After my graduation/ I left my school, I work in ** company as ** position(eg. I work in Liqun Plaza as a customer service staff .). My resposibility is ……. I am honoured to attend the interview today, thank you for providing me this chance. Thank you!
2、可能问及的问题(英语):
How old are you ?年龄
Why do you want to apply for the position?为什么想应聘这个职位
Why do you want to go to Singapore?为什么想到新加坡工作
How much do you know Singapore?对新加坡有多少了解
Whether your family support you or not? How many people in your family?

你的家人支持你吗?家里有几个人?
What is yourmajor?    你的专业
Do you havesales experiencebefore? 有没有销售经验?
What was your responsibility for the work?你目前工作中的职责是什么?
What is your advantage and disadvantage?你的优点与缺点
Can you describe your character?       可以描述你的性格吗?
How to you handle customer complain? 如何处理顾客的投诉?
问候语:Welcome , may I help you? \what I can do for you? \which color is your favorite? \ how can I help you? \What size do you want? \

商品名: Cloth \ shoes \bags \cosmetics\house articles\electronic things\ bed linen etc(衣服、鞋子、包包、化装品、家居用品、电器、床上用品等)
颜色Color:浅或深light or dark -----

black \ red \ yellow \ brown \ grey \ pink \ blue \ orange etc.

尺寸Size:   may I have size 34\36\39\43     可以给我34码吗?
找零:The change\balance is 302.70 ( three hundred two dollar and seventy cent)

[1] 你在单位里主要做什么
----What do you do?/ What’s your job?

----I work in **Plaza/Shopping Center as a salesperson/ cashier.

主要职责是什么?

----What’s your resposibility?

1. Do paper work for the company daily operation.(做日常文书工作)

Conduct promotion to maintain outstanding achievement.

(组织促销活动,提高营业额。)
2. Achive sales target(达到营业额), responsibility for daily and monthly inventory(负责货库的清点工作)
Responsible for ***sales(销售**产品),Perform the regular promotion to achive target.(开展促销活动以提高销售额)
Handling all the vip client service(负责贵宾服务), good response for vip client complaint and other matters.(解决贵宾的投诉及其他问题)
Maximize sales in the **counter(最大限度地提高**柜台的销售额);
consistently achieve monthly sales plan(不断的提高月销售计划)     
1.  Introduce products we are selling.(介绍我们销售的产品)
2.  Able to communicate with customers well.(跟顾客很好的沟通)
3.  Help customers to choose and encourage them to buy.(帮顾客挑选及鼓励他们购买)
4.  Check messages from manager; Sort new arrived goods.(向经理查询信息,分类新到的产品)
5.  Handle customers’ complaint and helping the other department to deal with.

(处理顾客的投诉,协调其他部门)
Recommend Product(推荐产品)and Interacted with customers(与顾客配合), stress improved customer service(注重提高顾客服务水平)and follow through, ensure greatest customer satisfaction(确保顾客满意)

[2]家庭情况:
你是哪里人?(where are you from?)--I’m from ***.
家里有多少人?(How many people in your family?)—There are **members in my family.They are my father, mother, sister/brother and I.
他们主要做什么?(What do they do? )
会不会想家?(Will you be homesick?)--Yes,but now it’s very convenient to contact through telephone or computer.When I miss my family, then call them.
父母支持自己出国工作吗?(Will your parents support you to go abroad to work or not?)---They support me to go because they hope me to earn more money and develop myself.

这里考官问的主要意思:你是否有后顾之忧?家庭条件是不是很宽裕?最好说成家庭条件一般,出去后想多赚点钱给家里,不会有后顾之忧等

[3]个人身体素质情况:

能不能经受长期加班货轮班工作?(Can you undertake over-time work or shift work?)—Sure. I can undertake, I want to earn more money to give back my family.

是否服从公司的安排和管理?(Can you follow company’s arrangement and manager’s direction?)--- I will follow.

[4]有什么业余爱好等(What’s your hobby / interest?)
---play basketball/football, listen to music, travel,reading……

3、面试注意事项
在参加面试时应当着装整齐,保持头发整洁,表情自然,充满信心,男的不要留胡须,女的宜化淡?。所有申请人应避免
   1)、带夸张饰物   2)、头发乱或过多摩丝   3)、手指甲长或很脏  
在面试中,申请人要"大方、自信、有礼貌"
a、进入视频后,证件原件可以整齐摆放在面前。
b、回答问题用英语回答(pls try to speak English),如果专业性比较强的英语尽量避开,不要使用地域性很强的方言和简称或俗语,尤其是企业名称和工作内容等,会影响外方的理解.一般雇主问什么问题,你回答什么问题,不要自己拼命提出问题,让雇主回答你的问题,搞的雇主对你的印象非常不好。
c、回答问题,声音要响亮、清楚,不要吞吞吐吐、前后不一致。
d、如果没有听清问题,可以有礼貌的请对方重复一次,(Sorry, can you repeat?)但一定要注意力非常集中,尽量避开环境比较嘈杂的地方上网。
e、回答问题时,注意力要集中,不要东张西望或抓耳挠腮。实在听不懂的情况下,可以有礼貌的讲一句:(Sorry,Sir/Madam, I can not understand, do you mind speaking Chinese at this point?)  
f、问及薪水问题,最好不要说对方的工资不算很高,自己一定要拿到多少薪水才合适;应该说接受工资待遇,过去后自己也会更加积极努力工作,以好的工作表现争取更高的薪水。(I can accept the salary. But I believe I will get higher salary through my good performance during work.)
g、面试结束后,要非常有礼貌地向雇主道谢,并且可以表达自己希望能被雇主看中,有为雇主效劳的机会。(Thank you for providing me this chance, Looking forward to your good news. Thanks! / Thank you, see you!)
