(1)首先我是抱着乐观的态度,怕这怕那,0%,敢申请,我先给20%,0%我是给不出来的,新加坡这个黑箱子没有0%和100%的事情。
(2)其次,提醒一下各位,楼主是美国工作了4年的博士,在美国干了四年的博士后,薪水不会有多高,基本上也对美国可能的机会和生活有了稳定的看法,实际上已经知道那边并没有很好的机会(我认为有些行业和你的能力无关),一大家人需要生活,到了新加坡还可以的机会,都什么时候了,这和耶鲁刚毕业的小毛头能一样,有点人性好不好。
从动机和稳定的倾向性分析,我拟给20%
(3)博士学位,收入6k+,有小孩,工作半年,我给个保守的30%
综上,70%
(1)To be optimistic is a nice attitude to life,while being afraid of every attempt makes no progress in life,if you dont ever try you get 0%. So if you are brave to challenge yourself I will give 20% first,you know I won't give 0%,as in Singapore the system is totally a blackbox which never offers 0% or 100%.
(2)Remind all of enthusiasts above the applicant had actually worked (but not studied) in America for 4 years,he already knew the glass ceiling and even more cruel that there is no good opp for him at all,life is not easy,especially being burdened with a big family. This case is very different with the fresh Yale graduate case. 20% is the result I get from the analysis on his motivation and the possible trending towards a stable residence.
(3)Doctor degree,6k+ income,have kids,but only half a year, I give 30%.
In total : 70%
