那位朋友的LP还是精算师，应该不会算错吧。
存那里有1%的利息。
我家老二的一万二全用在幼儿园学费上了，老大三年半加小的一年,现在我们又续存了一笔钱交学费，没往用不完这方面想过，呵呵。

你是说哥哥或姐姐可以用妹妹或弟弟的？但不知同母异父，不同国籍的姐姐可以用妹妹的吗？

我看39楼的说他家孩子没用，在孩子六岁十一月政府来一封信，可以选取现金，也可以选存到孩子教育户头上，我都搞晕了

我刚才找到这些：
1. What is the extension of the CDA to support children aged 7 to 12 years old about, and what is the rationale for the extension?

Before the extension, CDAs are open until 31 December of the year the child turns 6. Thereafter, the CDA will be closed and funds in the CDA are transferred to the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) administered by the Ministry of Education (MOE), to be used for the child's post-secondary education.

The extension of the CDA to 12 years means that the CDA will now be open until 31 December of the year the child turns 12. Thereafter, the funds will be transferred to the PSEA. With the extension, parents will have six more years to save into, and use the CDA funds for the child and his/her siblings.

2.What happens to monies in the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) if they are not used for approved fees and charges in approved institutions?  
Unspent monies in the PSEA will be transferred to the CPF Ordinary Account when a person reaches 30 years of age.

就是说这笔钱小学前用不完转去教育户头，在教育户头用到30岁，然后转去CPF
