（转）提醒：关于申请房贷的

华新上看到的一个经纪提醒的：

很多银行要开始停止提供legal subsidy了

刚刚收到DBS的短信，星期四之后submit的申请不再享有律师费津贴，火险津贴了。
UOB从上周起，把津贴从贷款中扣除，而非直接抵消律师费用。
还没申请贷款的，动作快点吧。

SCB也在关注着，可能也要没有了，我收到banker电邮
