Urgent help with EP152 form in PR approval letter

Sorry that I can only type English right now! I applied with my wife for PR and got approved recently. On the approval letter, why there is onlly one EP152 form? No need for my wife's company to fill out the form?

Also, is it a good sign or just standard to have "you are eligible for apply for SC after 2 years" in the approval letter ? Thanks a lot!

关于两年后入籍的表述是批准信的标准格式，两年后你有资格申请公民，当然也可以不申请

yes, you are right. Both of you will be PR, you should inform your employers and start to contribute CPF.
