请教一下关于 Singapore Experiential Tour

大家好！
我昨天收到ICA的AIP的信，　今天上网想注册一下　Singapore Experiential Tour 。
不过我发现里面给有五个SET（A-E），每个下面写的是：Participants only need to attend one SET.
　如下：Singapore Experiential Tour (Set D)
Participants only need to attend one SET.

因为他在每个SET的下面写着Participants only need to attend one SET.我同事说，是不是每一SET我都要去参加一次。我觉得是只选其中一个SET，去参加一次就够了。

请已经参加过Singapore Experiential Tour 的朋友，指点一下迷津。
