After approved in principle，几时可以拿到Visa

帮我妈妈申请LTVP,email告诉我approved in principle然后booked 18/07/2013去交材料。我们是当天就可以拿到Visa吗？还是要等？因为妈妈的旅游签字月底就要到期了。不懂来不来得及？
还有，怎么都没有讲LTVP的有效期呀？一般会给多久？

当天，弄完手续等一个小时，然后拿卡。 一般是一年有效期
