The notification letter After successful payment of the fees, please proceed to print the notification letter online. This notification letter will:
   State whether the foreigner is required to proceed to the Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) for registration of his/her fingerprint and photo-image.

       Serve as an evidence that the foreigner can continue to stay in Singapore during the validity period of the notification letter pending card collection.
