求助WP被公司辞退或自己辞职回程机票问题。

帮朋友问她来新加坡做工1年多了，现在想辞职回中国，请问回程机票是否应该公司提供。去MOM查没有相关说明，请大神po下网站说明，谢谢。

上次有一个中介说的MOM有规定，只要是外劳WP都是公司出钱。。只是没有找到相关网站。

这个是对的，要看合同。
如果合同没有写，就自己去买吧，mom也帮不了。

有这样一句话，看看你怎么理解了：

The employer must give the Work Permit holder reasonable notice of his repatriation. 如果以后都不想来这边做工了，还是有可能的，消极怠工，让雇主解雇，自己不买机票，预期滞留新加坡，mom就会找雇主了。
