PR为父亲申请LTVP抽查材料问题

We are pleased to consider your application subject to the submission of the original documents listed below. Kindly call in person at Visitor Services Centre, 4th Storey ICA Building with the required documents on DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM AM or your application will be treated as withdrawn. Please be punctual for your appointment. If you wish to change your appointment date/time, please log on to ICA's e-Appointment (Report to VSC Appointment). Changes are subjected to availability.

Please note that this letter does not assure you of an approval of application.
Each application will be considered based on its own merits.

Please call in person at ICA Building, Visit Pass Unit, 4th Storey, 10 mins before your appointment time, with the following original documents:

A copy of this notice
A copy of duly completed Form 14.
Applicant's passport. A copy of the applicant's passport particulars page must be submitted to ICA
Applicant's DE Card
Sponsor's NRIC(Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's letter of employment stating date of commencement, designation and salary per month;(Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's birth certificate(Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's CPF Statement showing monthly CPF contribution for the last 12 months;

You may proceed to the information counter on the 4th Storey of ICA Building to obtain a queue ticket and submit the application over the counter.

1. 请问大家是要local sponsor和申请人都要在场交材料吗？信里面没有说清楚到底要谁去交材料2. 是不是只要带信里面的东西就可以了？因为上次给妈妈申请时的材料不大一样(不过上次没有中间抽查材料，是直接AIP交材料)，那次还需要公司证明，还有老公的月薪证明，结婚证等等
3. 可不可以交材料的同时上交一份letter说明为什么要申请？主要是想增加批准机会
