关于PR取消两次，再预约问题

以下是我的亲身经历，取消了两次，结果提示一年以内不能再次预约，也就是要一年以后才可以预约，我也是写信到ICA才知道这个原因，结果一年以后还是不让预约，然后就让ICA帮忙预约了一个时间，且行且珍惜，不要一时手误，白白浪费了一年时间。以下是ICA回复我的邮件，
We note that you have cancelled your appointment dated 25 Apr 2013 at 03:00pm. As you are been barred from booking an e-appointment, you may write in to us with to apply for an e-appointment. We will schedule an appointment for you to turn up in person to submit all relevant supporting documents. Please note that the earliest date for appointment is in 31 Mar 2014 onwards.
