Jan 2012 – Dec 2012 in Hangzhou Lianhua Huashang Group Limited as a department manager assistant. Learning the supermarket department management, merchandise categorymanagement. Arrange our employees to display goods on the shelves. Help our businessmanager to do promotion activities to achieve our sales goal. Learning to dealwith customer complaints.

Jan 2013 up to now. SuzhouWujiang Yuandong Electromagnetic Wire Factory as a foreign trade salesman. Findingpotential customers and establishing good business relationship with them. Trackedthe inquiries from Alibaba. Making quotations and provide product information tocustomers. Sending samples and follow up on customer feedback. Meeting customersto discuss the details of business affairs, further cooperation, the issues ofcontract etc. Doing production follow-up, prepare shipping documents and arrangeship. Doing invoice data to the customer, loan recovery. Maintain customerrelations and follow up the repeat orders.
