Position: Sales Support Sales professional with proventrack record in technical sales of preferability in Aerospace industry. Abilityto build critical relationships with key decision makers to authorize producttrials, obtain necessary approvals, implement new products into production andincrease sales. Managed and provided direction to engineers and designers tointroduce new products in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to work withpeople at all levels, provide leadership and direction, give professionalpresentations and complete projects on time, improve customer relations andgrow sales. Responsibilities:
- Review customer's order from initial enquiry to order receipt, products delivery.
- Preparation of documents, product certificates, D/O, Invoices, related shipping docs. Commercial invoice and packing list etc.
- Monitoring the progress of orders undertaken to ensure timely completion.
- Close follow-up and building good business relationship & rapport with customers
- To increase sales revenue for the group of companies and provide sales and general administrative support to the Management.
- Ensure response timeliness to customers’ enquiries
- To consolidate sales, generate sales and handle sales analysis and report.
- Responsible to work closely with the relevant departments to support all pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services to all our customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma
- With good Interpersonal/communication skills
- Minimum Three years relevant experience
- Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Chinese – to liaise with Chinese customers.
- Ability to work independently with good team spirit, self-motivated and meticulous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to accept multi-tasks and able to travel.
- Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
