孩子在中国旅游不小心跌破头 哪个保险可以 claim?

回来 update一下，问了 prudential 的住院保险，还没问AIA的 star shield plus...

prudential的回复如下：

Please be advised that we have reviewed the attached bills, there is no indication of admission during treatment done in China.

Please refer to clause “Emergency medical treatment while overseas” under PruShield  policy contract, we do not pay for the following:-

- Day surgery;

- Outpatient Hospital benfits;

- Stem cell transplant benefits;

- Organ transplant;

- Living organ donor transplants; and

- Inpatient psychiatrict treatment

We are sorry as we are unable to consider this case and we seek your understanding in this matter.

no indication of admission 是啥意思？ 难道看的医院 中文发票不齐全吗？ 已经扫描所有的 给prudential看了

有经验的 请帮忙分析。

意思是你没满足海外的住院要求，也没满足门诊的特殊定义。

AIA的儿童意外保险的确是保全球的，而且没有住院或紧急情况的要求，但你的账单不能超过当时所选的计划的 ...
