可以说是case by case吧。我当时的薪水是1800+，SP，做机械设计的，来新加坡做了一年半的时候申请的，当时也是来论坛搜了一些帖子，很多当时薪水2500以上拿EP的，都被拒了。所以也没报什么希望，就试一下而已，没想到2个半月批了。
至于你说的薪水800的，我想应该是做假了（除非是有人担保申请），因为申请PR的前提是持SP（Diploma以上学历才能申请，薪水最低1800）以上的准证。

请问。。。 申请公民是直接online apply还是e-appointment了才去submit hardcopy form + documents比较好？听说2016起有些更改。。。

以下这2个有什么不同？

我本来想用第2个option， 可是去看calendar根本就没有slot，好像有点不对，因为calendar拉到2022以后都完全没有slot,就觉得有点怪。

是不是政府鼓励直接online申请 （submit soft copy docs?) ？

Singapore Citizenship Applications can be submitted via the internet or by completing an application form and submitting it to ICA in-person. Application forms sent by post will not be accepted. With effect from 1st June 2016, all applications must come with an appointment through the following means:
•Submit online via e-SC (Electronic Singapore Citizenship Application). You will be asked to make an appointment after submitting the e-SC application;
•Complete a Singapore Citizenship Application form and attach all the supporting documents, then make an appointment online via ICA's Electronic Appointment Booking System from 1st June 2016 for a date to submit the application at ICA

我是15年底walk in提交的时候，被告知说16年4月去提交材料当时也有e submit的系统了。但是当时没有太多人用e submit的例子，而且提交材料的时间也要确认submit之后才能看到，怕要推到更久的时间以后，所以最后还是选择了walk in
不知道现在e submit的系统怎么样了，
