Hi, we have acommon room for rent at Pasir Ris for $550 per month (water & electricityutility are NOT included, high-speed internet is included in the rent). Ourcondo is located about 1 min away from Wild Wild Wet water-park, Pasir Ris Park(beach), NTUC, Golden Village Cinema, etc,.. For walking, it takes about 5-10 mins toPasir Ris MRT Station. If you take a bus, where the bus stop is about 20 metersopposite of the house, it takes 2 bus stops to reach Pasir Ris Bus Interchange(Bus Interchange is right next to Pasir Ris MRT). We have three other maletenants who are all professionals currently residing in the house. They allhave been together with us for almost 5 years. We are looking for a maletenant, professional, non-smoker. No pets and cooking are allowed. Chinese andMalaysians are welcome.
