Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任
· Develop and implement the finance system, finance policies and procedures according to the business /operation needs and along with the corporate compliance. Ensure that proper accounting policies and procedures are in place and are meeting local and international standards.
· Be responsible for the field work of the fiscal financial budget .monitoring the variance between actual status and budget
· Accountable for the verification of all accounting activities, process and vouchers, billings and payments and accounting statement by conducting accounting reconciliations
· Supervise and organize the monthly quarterly and yearly financial closing schedule
· Provide finance/accounting information to the JVs management team for a regular review or when it is requested.
· Allying with CFO, supervise the situations and factors affecting the capital of the company or leading to changes in debt/equity ratio of the company. to obtain the loans, prepare necessary documents as requested by the bank and local SAFE
· Assist to organize the internal and external financial auditing of the company
· Assist to maintain and upgrade ERP system and ensure the requirements of business are fully met
· Implement and ensure comply with the internal control procedure/policy, review revenue, purchasing, manufacturing, payroll, treasury, fixed assets, ensure correct booking and proper filing
· Control budget & expense JVs-wide
· Develop and upgrade the finance staff by coaching them and rotating their job among differentsection within finance departments.

l Assist some specific projects/actions which would result in benefit to the company, such as saving project and high-tech recognition of the company

Knowledge and educational level知识和教育水平
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, majored in finance and accounting (CPA is a plus)
– Be familiar with IAS and local finance regulations/rules very well
– Comprehensive understanding of company business especially for foreign invested company
– Good skills on financial analyse, good ability to make judgment
– Good English knowledge in both oral & written
Required level of experiences所需的工作经验
· At least 5 years’ working experience in relative field and 3 years’ experience in managerial level
· An effective communicator, showing integrity and openness in reporting to senior management and interacting with both internal and external parties
· Analytical, with good judgment and problem solving skills
· A team-leader and team-player as well, able to work independently and interdependently, can coach his/her team very well
