You will receive a stamp certificate once you pay the stamp fee, you may keep the softcopy.

请问一年租期到了, 之间是通过中介的，交了一年的印花税，然后今年再续半年，没通过中介，要怎么交这印花税，自己去登记？还是可以不用交？
