还未拿到新IC，搬新家，怎么通知ICA新的地址呢？

去年11月底拿的临时身份证，目前没有接到公民大会的通知。搬了新家，想新的IC上直接印上新的地址，而不是贴新地址。

可以邮件ICA说明情况吗？发到哪个邮箱呢？谢谢啦：）

Kindly proceed to Level 6 of ICA Building in person to inform of the change of the address. Subsequently, you are required to proceed to Level 3 to effect the change. Please bring along your temporary IC collection slip and documentary evidence of your new residential address for us to facilitate the update.
