This is Sid from NTU MBA 17-18, need a single room (with aircon and quiet), near Buona Vista, for two months, starting from the end of Oct to the end of Dec. Willing to pay two month rent as a one-time payment for two-month stay. I don’t cook, do not smoke, do not stay late, do not bring people, do not make noise, do not stay at the room most of the day.
