可以是可以，但是也不能当长期打算。。。
因为新冠疫情，现在旅游签证不好申请，如果你没有什么特殊事情的话，不需要待在本地了呀，如果你需要申请新的工作类签证，现在也不算是个好时候，容易被拒或者拖延。。。

人拿着白卡在 新加坡的时候，是不能申请旅游签的，必须要离开了新加坡，才能申请旅游签
