Accounts cum AdministrativeExecutive
Job Description 1. Basic understanding on BS, P&L, GL, AR, APand Payroll 2. Processing of invoices, prepare cheque payments and billing 3. Staff claim verification and petty cash reimbursement 4. Perform monthly bank reconciliation 5. Proper maintain all account documents 6. Prepare GST return / CPF 7. Entering data of receipts, payment and invoices to AutoCount System 8. Provide administrative support 9. Handle phone calls and all related correspondence 10. Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements: 1. Minimum diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent; 2. At least 2 years working experience in relatedarea; 3. Excel/accounting software knowledge; 4. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (Reading and Writing)
