1 Report directly to HR Manager.
2 Ensure day to day management of HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, staff training, employee benefits, CPF contributions, compliance with MOM rulings, and all HR related jobs.
3 Develop a well-managed HR department with good HR practices.
4 Maintain human resource records by designing an effective filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
5 Prepare monthly payroll reports.
6 Any other duties as and assigned.
