Responsibilities:
· Verify all incoming raw materials and goods, and manage storageand movement of materials on-site, including updating of inventorymovement in the ERP and arrangement for Put to Stock (PTS) process after qualityinspection. · Issue materials to internal stakeholders as per requirement andon time. · Monitor and send alerts to production team on excess/insufficientstock. · Good control of stock inventory accuracy and accountability. · Perform regular Stock Count and on-site process to ensure fullcompliance with standard procedure and work instruction. · Work closely with internal stake holders on the return orexchange of defective goods. · Maintain accurate metrics, reports, process documentation,training and safety records. · Assist immediate supervisor in the implementation of projects andad-hoc logistic requirements. · Prepare full set of import and export documents. (Invoice, packinglist, COO, B/L, insurance, L/Cs and etc). · Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parities toensure smooth and timely execution of shipments. · Assist immediate supervisor/manager in the compilation ofMonthly Key Performance Indicator Reports to higher management. · Any ad-hoc duties related to Warehouse and Shipping as perassigned.
Requirements:
· At least O Level, and preferably a Diploma in Logistic, SupplyChain Management, Manufacturing or related discipline. · Preferably, Candidates with working experiences in Logistic,Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations in Manufacturing Environment. · At least 1 years of logistics & warehousing operations ormanufacturing experiences. · Candidates with ERP System will have an added advantage. · Position open for Singaporean, PR and LOC only.
