岗位职责：
• Plan, implement and manage the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness across, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Medium and potentially additional channels
• Craft shareable and approachable content that is appropriate for the crypto audience
• Explore new strategic ways to reach out to our target audience
• Perform social media listening and engage with relevant social trends that’s applicable to our followers
• Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate social media presence and campaign performance
• Analyze key metrics and track the efficiency of all social channels projects
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network to our website and social group or communities

任职要求：
• At least 1 year of experience in social media and/or content marketing
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective users
• Intellectual interest and deep understanding about the blockchain/crypto culture, who they are, and what motivates them
• Fast learner who is able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions
• Having basic knowledge in using design softwares is preferred
• Able to work independently and excel as a team player
• Possess a positive ‘can-do’, will-do’ attitude, and open to actively learn about the crypto space and online sentiments
• Fast learner that is able to work under pressure, and open to actively learn about the crypto space and hot trends in the crypto space
• Chinese and English can be used as working languages

工作地点在One North附近，还没有最终确定；周末双休，正常工作时间9:00-18:00;
