Responsibilities: Assist in full set of accounts, prepare balance sheetschedules and ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accountingsystem
· Assist Office Admin Manager to check the invoice andprepare payment · Assist Office Admin Manger to prepare bank and GSTreconciliation · Follow the financial policies and procedures to preparebooks · Handle daily finance operations (AR & AP functions) · Manage petty cash and bank balances · Maintain fixed asset register · Maintain good documentation and filing system · Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned Requirements: · Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent · At least 3 years of working experience handling full-setaccount · Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards,corporate tax and GST · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word · Fluent in English and Mandarin to serve internal andexternal customers. · A attention to detail, high level of numeracy · Ability to manage deadlines
