本人EP，PR申请期间可以让雇主申请DP吗？

如题，会有冲突吗？PR今年1月提交了，还是pending，可以让雇主申请DP吗？

回答您的问题，是的，EP持有人可以随时为家庭成员申请DP。但是，您必须确保您申请DP的家庭成员不在您的PR申请名单内。可是如果您已经为家庭成员申请了PR，最好在为家庭成员申请DP之前通过电子邮件获得人力部的同意。
To answer your question, EP holders can apply DP for family members anytime. However, you have to ensure that for the family members you applied for DP are not within your PR application. But if you are already applying for PR for your family it is best to get MOM (Ministry of Manpower) consent by email before applying DP for your family.
