正山小种：正山小种生长在气温低、降水多，雾日长，日照较短，霜期较长，土壤水分充足，肥沃疏松，有机物质含量高的高山山谷中，外形条索肥实，色泽乌润，泡水后汤色红浓，香气高长带松烟香，滋味醇厚，带有桂圆汤味，加放牛奶，茶香味不减，形成糖浆状奶茶，液色更为绚丽。其中的儿茶素类能与单细胞的细菌结，使蛋白质凝固沉淀，有消炎的效果。
LAPSANG SOUCHONG: LAPSANG SOUCHONG grows in alpine valleys with low temperature, high precipitation, long foggy days, short sunshine, long frost periods, sufficient soil moisture, fertile and loose soil, and high organic content. Its appearance is strip and plump, its color is dark and moist, after soaking in water, its soup color is red and thick, its aroma is high and long with pine smoke aroma, and its taste is mellow, with the flavor of longan soup.
