HR Executive
Responsibility - Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission, and processing labor costs.
- Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
- Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal, and cancellation
- Handle FCD issue
- Administer employees' leave, attendance, welfare, and benefits
- Assist in HR matters in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management exercises.
- Submission of all government claims
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Support in developing and implementing of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Execute all stages of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, negotiating offers, facilitating onboarding, and conducting new hire orientation.
- Assist with leave management and benefits administration (including insurance), as well as oversee the monthly payroll process, work pass administration, and participate in governmental surveys.
- Oversee procedures related to staff confirmation, contract renewals, resignations, and salary review processes.
- Ensure timely completion of the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and obtaining exit clearances.
