SalesRecruitmentConsultant
SGD1200 - 3000 + Incentive

Responsibilities:
· Establishing new clientele contacts by cold calling/telemarketing in their staffing needs.
· Write Job Description according to employers’ requirements
· Prescreens, select and recommend candidates to clients
· Meet up with employer and impress them by our quality service
· Developing &managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone & face to face
· Answer phone calls and provide consultation to enquiries

Requirements:
. CEI Certified
· Outgoing personality with excellent communication & people management skills
· Good decision-making&judgment capabilities
· Result-oriented andsales driven
· Min 1-2 years’experience inhr/recruitment, those no experience candidates with strong interests are welcomed also and training will be provided.
· Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin is an advantage.
· Only Singapore Citizenor PR needs to apply.
