Our Master room is located opposite Fajar Lrt station which is connecting to Choa Chu Kang MRT.
The master room is fully furnished with A/C, attached bathroom, water heater, spacious view, a queen size bed, big closet, computer table and chair with wifi connected and etc..

Feel free to use the kitchen (kitchenware is provided), dining room and living room (as most we are all working in the a.m).' S6

The unit beside is a large open space so it's very windy even with fan. unit also next to a ground(with excercise facilities & basketball court), so it's very convenient and with good views.  The block is near to amenties (Fajar shopping ctr) with shop n save, 7eleven, guardian, bakery, kopitiam, McD24 hours, clinics, wet market, banks/atm and so on.    n, m8 h# w( d( G: A* |! r


Basically, all races are welcome, couple are welcome as we are all friendly Malaysian Chinese staying together.(Most preferably chinese)
For all tenant's convinient, cooking is allowed; pets are okay(dogs or fishes), new washing machine and brand new fridge is provided.
Feel easy to use the dining room, kitchen and spacious living room which is completly with furniture, electrical appliances and kitchen untensils.

Renting period starts from min 1 month up to max 12 months (can be extended). Rental is depends on the rental period and number of tenants. Max of tenant up to 3pax.
PUB is shared by the numbers of tenant equally(estimated not more than $30 per month).
