以下是申请护士工作所需的文件（我尽量翻译），信息是从新加坡护理管理局网站（www,healthprofessionals.gov.sg）索取的，
Certified true copy of original documents, to be submitted in support of your application are:
如非正本，复印本必须通过公证确认：
·       Passport 护照
·       Marriage Certificate (if applicable) 结婚证
·       Transcript of nursing education from training school/college/university (to include detailed breakdown of theory and clinical practice in hours or weeks) 经过翻译的学历毕业证书（包括所有科目理论得分和实习期与报告）
·       Training certificate(s) 培训证书
·       Registration certificate 职业（管理）机构登记证明
·       Current nursing license 当前护士工作许可证
·       References from previous employer(s) to state the period of work, area of practice and nursing competency. 当前与之前雇主介绍信，包括受聘期，工作范围和工作能力
Note: （注意）
i) Documents that are not in English must be accompanied by an accurate translation in English and certified by Justice of Peace, Notary Public, Commissioner of Oath from their country of origin. 如果文件并非以英语本颁发，必须用标准英语翻译并经过公证
ii) Documents certified as  "true copies" 所有经过公证的文件 -
·       Must be initialled on every page of the document by the authorized officer (Justice of Peace, Notary Public, Commissioner of Oath, your employer or your supervisor, unless otherwise stated) 每页必须经过颁发机构负责人和公证员签名
·       Must include the name of authorized officer (full name), signature, date of certification and healthcare institution stamp 必须拥有颁发机构负责人的姓名，签名，公证日期和医疗保健机构的盖章
iii) Photocopies of previously certified documents will not be accepted. 之前曾经公证的文件不能接纳
iv) Certified true copies will only be accepted in hard copy by mail or in person (Fax or Email will not be accepted). 公证后的文件必须以快递或申请人亲自送到（邮件和传真不能接纳）
v) Copies which are not acceptable to SNB will delay your application. 被拒收的文件将会对申请造成延误
