1。Your role:

工作职责：

·      Reviews, evaluates technologyand implements optimum production operation processes;

评审，评估生产技术和执行优化产品生产流程

·      Develops and implementsprograms to improve cost effectiveness, safety and manufacturing standards;

开发和执行相关的的项目以提高成本效益，制造和安全标准

·      Sees to the installation andmaintenance of plant and machinery;

安装调试和保养维护工厂及机器

·      Works closely with SectionHeads to ensure that the production is operating smoothly and efficientlymeeting quantities & delivery timing requirements;

密切配合主管工作，保证生产的顺利进行；能有效满足产量和交付时间要求。

·      Analyze production data, findroot cause and solutions to production problems;

分析生产数据，对于生产问题找出根本原因并提供解决方案

·      Conducts training and providestechnical support to upgrade skills and knowledge;

对下属进行培训并提供技术支持，以达到技能和知识的提升。

·      Leads TPM activities inProduction;

在生产中，领导全面生产维护的活动

·      Acts as liaison person withgovernment bodies for inspection of machinery and facilities as and whennecessary.

在必要的时候能与政府相关部一起对机器和设备进行检查和监控

2。You need to have:

基本要求

• Bachelor’s     Degree in IE, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related;
  

学士学位：工业工程；机械/电力工程或者相关

• 3 to 5     years’ experience in similar capacity;
  

3到5年相关经验

• Possess     positive attitude, strong leadership, self driven and able to work under     pressure with sense of urgency;
  

具有积极的工作态度，领导能力强，能够在压力下工作

• Flexibility     and response to emergencies are important aspects of the job;
  

能够具有灵活性和应对突发事件的能力

• Willing to     work in trying conditions, when required;
  

在需要时，能够在困难得情况下工作

• Good interpersonal     skills;
  

良好的人际沟通技巧

• IT     literate, proficient in MS Office Application;
  

精通MS Office应用软件

• Experience     in corrugated packaging and/or production preferred;
  

具备纸箱包装。生产经验的优先

• Knowledge     of TPM implementation will be an added advantage.
  

具备全面生产维护经验的优先

3。Other information you needto know:

• Location of work : Jurong
  

工作地点：裕廊西

• 5 ½ day work week
  

每周工作5天半

4。待遇

基本薪水：S$2,500 ~ 3,000/month;

准证：S-Pass

加班费：无（周一到周五加班没有补回，周日和公共假期加班可以补回假期）

工作时间：每天8：00~ 17：00；每周：5天半（44小时每周）

补贴：交通补贴 S$1.8/天；吃饭补贴 S$1.5/天。

英文：简单说，能读能写

华语：流利说读写
