Responsibilities :
- Answering telephone calls and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals or department
- In-charge of incoming/outgoing mails. faxes, local and overseas deliveries and couriers
- Monitor and order stationeries, office equipments and pantry items
- Attend to guests and visitors
- Assist in office management such as ensure the office and meeting rooms are clean and tidy after use
- Writing minutes of meetings as required
- Handling invoices and payment vouchers
- Support any other administrative duties as necessary
- Requirements :
- Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Pleasant looking and attitude
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and work as a team
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and oral).
- Computer literate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Singaporean and PR are preferred
