| Greet guests and provides menu 称呼客人,提供点餐菜单 |
| Inspect dining room, serving stations for neatness & cleanliness, correct the deficiencies if any 检查与确保饭厅,服务站时时保持干净, 卫生,整齐。如有不符合的地方,必须及时改正 |
| Display knowledge of the food menu, wine & liquor menu, ingredients in specialty drinks, employee handbook, layout of restaurant 200 level, liquor law 清楚了解餐单/菜单,酒类餐单,特别饮料的成分,雇佣守则,餐厅设计/布局,酒精饮料法律 |
| Must listen and respond to customer complaints (acknowledge, apologize, act) 必须应对客人的投诉 (认知,道歉,采取行动) |
