Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Hougang

Responsibilities

· Designof mechanical and electrical systems for buildings related services such aselectrical system, lighting, fire protection, air-conditioning and mechanicalsystem, plumbing & sanitary, flammable gas, lightning protection, smallpower etc

· Providetechnical / engineering support to internal / external customers

· Attendanceof meeting with client and external consultants

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree or higher qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline

· Freshgraduates would be considered for the post of Engineer

· Proficientin CAD software AutoCAD will be an added advantage

· Friendlypersonality, customer-service oriented and able to communicate effectively

· Aself-motivated and independent individual, possesses great initiative andhands-on experience

· Experiencewith technical and building code requirement

· Singaporeanor SingaporePermanent Resident

Salary : $4,000 to $6,000(Candidate with consultancy experience in construction industry)

Senior / ElectricalEngineers (x 5)

Location: Across Singapore (Project site)

Responsibilities

· Responsiblefor project management including cost effectiveness, time and quality control,manpower planning, materials requisition

· Assistin the execution and completion of projects in a supervisory capacity to meetproject objectives and deliverables

· Liaiseand coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors andauthorities and to establish rolling program

· Sitesupervision and to coordinate the electrical installation, testing andcommissioning

· Coordinatemeetings and daily briefing at site

· Monitorand supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safetyregulations are observed

· Prepareoperation and maintenance manual and as-built drawing

· Preparecost estimation, budget and control and check sub-contractor’s progress claim

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· 3 to 5years relevant experience in M&E, Construction, facilities managementindustry

· Preferablywith knowledge in BMS, Control and Electrical installation works

Salary : $3,000 to $5,000

Facility Engineer

Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities

· Lead ateam of technicians to provide facility management and maintenance service andsupport

· Managethe day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of the facilities

· Ensurethat contractors / sub-contractors perform their services as per the servicecontracts

· Recommendand implement best practices in facility maintenance as to achieve a saferworking environment

· Planand execute preventive / corrective maintenance for facilities systems

· Evaluatethe condition and maintain records of the working condition of the facilityequipment or systems such as air-conditioning, air-compressors, generators,lifts, lifting equipment, cooling tower, canteen facility etc on a regularbasis

· Maintainand update annual inspection and certification of facility equipment incompliance with the relevant regulatory requirements

· Directand plan essential central services such as electrical and mechanical works,water supply cleaning, grease interceptor etc

· Prepareand maintain service / maintenance records and routine reports

· Anyother duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Facility Manager

Requirements

· Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building /Facilities Management or equivalent

· At least 2 – 5 years of relevant experiences in facilitymanagement / maintenance

· Experience in facility management in a manufacturingenvironment

· Knowledge in M&E services and well versed with therelevant regulatory guidelines, safety, environmental and building managementstandards

· Possess good planning, organizational, analytical,trouble-shooting, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Conversant in English, good inter-personal andcommunication skills and able to work independently as well as in a teamenvironment with individuals of diverse backgrounds

· Computer literate with proficiency in MS Officeapplications and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

Salary: $2,700 to $3,200
