工作时间：4个平日+1个周末 (轮班8.30am - 6pm or 12.30pm-10.00pm )

职责：
- 对客户进行电话营销
- 接听热线电话的客户来电
- 向客户介绍产品与服务，为其提供有效解决方案，促成销售
- 在数据库更新销售记录

要求：
- 至少GCE ‘N’ Level或同等
- 电话中心或客户服务经验者优先
- 具有团队合作精神，能适应快节奏工作环境
- 英文流利
- 客户服务理念至上
- 需承诺至少工作6个月
- 能适应轮班时间

*Tele Marketer X 5 (Telco/ East/ $7hr + Comm)*

Job Type : 6 months contract
Location : East
Salary : $7/hr + Commission
Working hours: 4 weekdays +1 weekend (Rotational shifts)

Job Responsibilities:
• Calling of customers to upsell and promote products and services (training will be provided)
• Handle incoming calls from sales hotline pertaining to products and services
• Providing effective solutions to customers and closing sales over the phone
• Updating database records and system to ensure compliance

Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• Those with call centre or customer service experience will be highly advantageous
• Good team player, efficient and able to perform in a fast moving environment
• PC Literate
• Constantly seeking to delight all customers with high levels of customer service
• Able to perform rotating shift hours
• Able to commit for a minimum of at least 6 months
