The OperationsExecutive is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limitedto :

1.      Reception

2.      OfficeAdministration

3.      HumanResources

4.      SecretarialDuties to the Managers

5.      Shippingand Documentation support

6.      Accountingassistance

Requirements

1.      Proficientin MS Office

2.      Incumbentmust be able to converse and read Mandarin as he/she will be required to liaisewith China head office

3.      At least 2years of related working experience preferably in a trading environment
