CompassLoft is an initiative of the Potato Productions Groupthat aims to bring together a group of targeted audiences who want to quest fordifferent career and life perspectives via workshops and activities sgchineseapore and the region. It facilitates the exchange of ideas, sharing ofcareer and industry knowledge, and the exploration of new businessopportunities. Through these, members will become acquainted with various jobprospects, meet more like minds and diverse experiences build networks andshare life journeys.

Key job responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and writecontextually and creatively to meet the various communication requirements　
• Create written contentfor marketing purposes with a consistent brand voice on various mediums,especially on social media platforms (Facebook, Weibo & Wechat), website& printed documents
• Write bimonthly columnson the website
• Provide materials to thepress and external partners　
• Edit and proof-readcontent
• Develop event informationand e-newsletters
• Perform in-depth marketresearch to understand the company and the industry to build the brand identitywith the right message　
• Work with the team &supervisor to determine the tone and brainstorm ideas
• Work with the designer onmarketing materials and event collaterals
  

　
Requirements:

• Degree in related field,i.e. Communication, Marketing, Journalism
• Bilingual in English& Mandarin (preferable native mandarin speaker) as targeted audience isMainland Chinese. An understanding of Mainland Chinese culture and the wayMainland Chinese speak is required
• Know how to write andcopywrite in both English and Mandarin because the content is in Chinese
• Strong conceptual andproof-reading skills
• Have a deep understandingof social media platforms (Facebook, Weibo & Wechat), print and web
• Team player withexcellent interpersonal and communication skills, creativity &responsibilities　
• Motivated to takeinitiatives and bring ideas to the table
