My family（My wife, my 12 years old daughter and I)  wants to rent a master room nearby Yishun.
You not need to prepare or buy extra furniture for us due to we already had our own bed frame and small cabinet on hand.
We have to move into the room before Oct 25th, 2014.
Can I request to allow us to use air condition and free cooking by ourselves if you agree.
The rental fee can be discussed once you allowed us to meet together.
