Guest Service Agent Responsibility: · Assist with check-in and check-out of hotel guests according to company’s policies and procedures · Prepares and maintains records pertinent to the guest’s stay in the hotel · Ensure that all guests’ bills are posted accurately and settled prior to departure · Responsible for foreign currency exchange, credwocools or vouchers settlement at the front desk · Answer all calls that go through the Hotel PABX switchboard · Aware of current hotel events, facilities and services available to hotel guests and attend to guests’ request Requirements: · Able to multi-task · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Familiar with Hotel Information System (HIS) is advantageous · Able to work in 3 rotating shift /public holidays/weekends (8 hours per shift & 6 days work-week) · Candidates without experience but have passion in hospitality are welcome · Preferably Singaporean · Salary range from $1200 to $1500 plus $100 meal allowance Send in your resume, indicating current and expected salary, your availability date together with a recent photo |
