Job Description

·Assist with preparation of tenders submission and pre-tender pricing verification准备竞标细则以及计算标底价格
·Prepare monthly progress claims and necessary cost analysis reports.
准备每月工程进度报告以及必要成本的分析报告
·Timely preparation of Bill of Quantities.
及时准备工程量清单

·Assist Project Manager in procurement and subcontracting matters.
协助工程经理采购和分包事项
·Other quantity surveying related duties.
其他工程测量的相关职责
·Any other duties as assigned by your supervisors.

Job Requirements:

·knowledge in local market costing.
·对本地市场价格有充分的认识
·Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office, Excel and all relevant Microsoft software.
